Matka 2025 Travel Fair and Matka 2025 Workshop Day are organized by the Finnish Fair Corporation.
Toolbox Travel produces hosted pre and post tours on behalf of Matka. Tour programmes will be added to this page as soon as itineraries have been confirmed.

To be able to apply to a hosted pre or post tour, you have to be a registered and validated Buyer. Please note, that only these tours are hosted. Otherwise, travel costs and stay in Helsinki are on your own expense. Special rates for buyers from exhibiting hotels are visible on your personal home page after your profile has been validated. If you arrive from outside the Schengen area, please note that it can take up to 8 weeks to get a visa. We recommend to register early enough, and reserve 8 weeks for visa process to avoid cancellations because of not getting a visa on time.

Authentic Experiences in the Arctic Lakeland

Kajaani is the capital and gateway to Arctic Lakeland. Located beside Lake Oulujärvi, the

5th largest lake in Finland, in Kajaani, you are never far from a shoreline. Filled with

hard to see why - the forest covered hills and glistening lakes have inspired artists

Day Cruise to Tallinn with Viking Line

Tallinn, Estonia’s capital on the Baltic Sea, is the country’s cultural hub. It

retains its walled, cobblestoned Old Town, home to cafes and shops, as

well as Kiek in de Kök, a 15th-century defensive tower. Its Gothic Town

Hall, built in the 13th century and with a 64m-high tower, sits in historic

Tallinn’s main square. St. Nicholas Church is a 13th-century landmark

exhibiting ecclesiastical art.

Lithuania
